  • “Complete State of the Union”
  • Continue to reduce reserves and close claims
  • Monitor new claims that occurred since renewal
6th Month
  • Open Claims Spreadsheet
  • Order Loss Runs
  • Work Comp Loss Summary Sheet
  • Project next year’s Experience Modification
  • Close or reduce all possible claims; inform state to lower Experience Modification

3rd Quarter of Policy Year

  • Review Safety Program/Training Program
  • Carefully monitor open claims
9th Month
  • Open Claims Spreadsheet
  • Review and edit Certificate/Additional Insured List
  • Verify Experience Modification

4th Quarter of Policy Year

  • Prepare and deliver renewal package
  • Year end review
